In this event, Lift as you Climb became reflective. We brought together a panel of phenomenal women (see below) who shared their career journeys as well as gave the advice they would have given their younger selves.

In 2012 business woman and member of the House of Lords Margaret McDonagh read an article that said corporate UK had lost 40% senior female executives in the previous decade. It drove her to co-found The Pipeline, an organisation which aims to increase the number of women at the most senior levels of large organisations.
